Index of U.S. Energy Security Risk
Institute for 21st Century Energy | U.S. Chamber of Commerce | 2010-06-21
The genesis of this project to create an Index of U.S. Energy Security Risk began with a simple question: How do we know if our energy security is getting better?
The Index can be used to explain whether our energy security is trending better or worse, to assess the potential impact of new policies on U.S. energy security, and to measure the aspects of energy security that have had, or are likely to have, the greatest impact on energy security risks.
